Because we aim to provide high-quality, practically useful and academically sound programs, we only work with highly qualified speakers, teachers, and trainers who are affiliated with universities and knowledge centers from all over the world. Our staff have extensive experience in healthcare, welfare, education, and scientific research, enabling us to understand and bridge the gap between knowledge and practice.

Dr. Guido van de Luitgaarden began his career as a social worker. He worked in social welfare and special education. After obtaining his Master's degree, he worked at Zuyd University of Applied Sciences as a senior lecturer and researcher. He was involved in educational development, policy and management teaching, and conducted research.
In 2011, Guido obtained his doctorate from the University of Salford (UK) with a thesis on professional judgement and decision-making in child protection work. He also led a Master's program accredited by London Metropolitan University, where he taught the "Education and Supervision of Social Professionals" module. He gave lectures and guest lectures at universities in Izmit, Madrid, Riga, and Oxford.
He has previously conducted research for large welfare organizations and for a management development program within the Dutch Ministry of Security and Justice.
He serves as one of our managing directors.
Guus Feron, MA is trained as a youth social worker and holds a Master's degree in Comparative European Social Studies from the University of North London.
In his work, he has always been passionate about family social work with young people with learning difficulties, as well as mental health problems. He regularly worked for a consultant team and provided guest lectures in higher education in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Guus has enjoyed education in the fields of social work, law, management, and quality assurance, and has gained more than 20 years of experience in leadership and policy positions.
He has served as a staff officer, project manager, teacher, interim manager, and director of an institution for people with intellectual disabilities, among other positions.
Guus is one of our managing directors.
Dr. Jade Janssen is a developmental psychologist and obtained her PhD from the University of Maastricht (Netherlands) in the field of addiction research. She presides over our program development board and is responsible for the academic rigor, practical relevance and accreditation of our programs.
